Hugemice Events Management Sdn Bhd was established on 2011. It is a company specialised in event management such as resources to conceptualize, plan and execute boutique to large scale events for individuals, corporations, charities and leading global brands. It is currently located at Sunwaymas Commercial Centre and planning to move to a bigger office space at Bandar Puchong to provide a better environment for employees and customers. The value of the company is to provide not only event management services but to create networks both locally and internationally.
Organisation/Department Structure
Hugemice is divided into 2 departments, which are Creative Design and Sales & Marketing. Sales and marketing are the source of income of the company which deal with proposals and service client. After confirming sales, creative design department will be communicating with client regarding the designs and ideas for the event. Organisation Chart as below:
Events Management Company becomes very competitive over the months. There are quite numbers of events management company with different operating method, some are propose to clients from door to door, some are sending proposals in bulk. While Hugemice position itself as average event management services in Malaysia.
Hugemice always emphasize on clients and customers as they are the source of income. Sales persons and designers always maintain a good relationship with customers and clients by serving them patiently.
About your Department
I am attached to both departments, which means I will need to report to Ms. Soo Yun Chen, Mr. Alvin Lee and Mr. Ray Cheng. The involved tasks are tele-marketing, communicate with clients, set up event place, purchasing props and etc. As the amount of colleagues is not huge, I was being given a chance to handle a big project – Ricoh Maybank Malaysian Open 2015. It was a great opportunity to have the full authority deal with clients.
