ACE Jerneh Insurance Berhad is one of the world’s largest multiline property and casualty insurers. It provides a comprehensive range of general insurance solutions for large corporates, small and medium-sized business, as well as individuals through a multitude of distribution channels.

I’m feeling impressed to my director as he could get ACE Jerneh’s event project from other competitors. After getting the job, my colleagues and I started preparing for all the back end jobs. Here come the photos!

This is our crew setting up the entrance for guests to enter to the ballroom.

The empty ballroom was just breath-taking for me. It looks so neat and tidy.

And now, we have to ensure that everything was ready and prepared.

Usherettes are ready!

And the most important! Our stage is ready!

Guests were coming in one by one when the clock strikes seven. Everyone is dressing so internationally as the theme for this event is AROUND THE WORLD! They costumed themselves like African, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and etc.

Everyone is having fun taking photos and playing games before the dinner starts. However, time flies when you are having fun. It’s time to get in to the ballroom and enjoy the dinner & performances.

Everyone found their place and now the ballroom’s full with people!

Then, LED Drum Dance made a quick start before the dinner starts. Everyone was amazed by the performance.

Not only that, there’s a flash mob carried out by ACE Jerneh’s staffs too!

This is a huge event for Hugemice. Hence, there’s some challenges throughout the event, such as miscommunicate with the clients, delaying the schedule and etc. However, Mr. Ray still able to overcome the problems. In the same time, teaching us the technique and ways to solve the challenges. There’s one thing I realised that, nobody will care about the process when the outcome is wonderful. The reason I stated this is because our clients were pretty satisfied with our job and wishing to cooperate with us for the coming event!
